Are there any setup fees?

No setup fees, no hidden costs. You pay the monthly package price, and nothing more.

How is the payment interval?

You are being billed monthly in advance. Yearly payments come with a discount (optional at checkout).

How long is the contract term?

It is 1 month, and is extended automatically by 1 month continously until you cancel it. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to the next billing period. We want you to stay with us because you like our products, not because of contract terms.

For yearly payment, the contract term is yearly, withouth refunds, but can also be cancelled 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments through Paypal, so you can use credit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as well as direct debit.

Updates and support for 1 year are included in the initial purchase. A license renewal by 1 year costs 50% of the then current buying price of the version.

How do I get the software and license?

Directly after payment you are issued the license key, and you can download the software.

Can I upgrade the version?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher version. The difference in the buying price will be calculated and invoiced.

Is a demo version available?

No, there is no demo version for dynaBOARD® Server. But we can setup a test access in dynaBOARD® Cloud for you, which has the same features. Just contact us.
