Designed as a software-as-a-service solution (SaaS) dynaBOARD® can be used right out of the box. You only need a JIRA instance with SSL access and active API, and within a couple of minutes you are up and running, setting up your projects, customers and user access. Straightforward.
The data center in which dynaBOARD® is running is located in Germany. No outsourcing or relocation of data to other countries is being done. Due to the very high legal requirements in Germany we are committing ourselves to the highest security guidelines.
As a professional service company we have a long experience in the area of business hosting. Based on our own cloud platform dynaCLOUD we offer virtualized servers for high-security risk applications for many years, mainly for the financial and insurance branch.
dynaBOARD® is therefore operating on multi-redundant brand-name hardware in a secure data center.
dynaBOARD® only queries the minimum data from the JIRA API required for displaying and processing. Many informations are loaded on-demand, meaning they do not have to be stored within our application. Only a couple of statistical data for fast displaying is stored encrypted in our databases. No personal data will be stored unencrypted - if required at all.
You do not need more than that. The API must be available to the internet and protected by SSL. Additionally you need a single user which can be used for access in JIRA through API calls. Administrator rights are not required.
Currently you need no plugin, all communication is down through the JIRA API.
